True Partners was founded in 1998 by Roland Rüeger in Rapperswil. In 2011 the office moved to Bisikon near Effretikon (+/- 15 minutes from Zurich or Zurich Airport).

True Partner focuses on medium-sized, typically family-owned, companies in the following industries: machinery, construction, food, hotel industry. Its staff are specialists in portfolio analysis, personal accident and sickness and claims management, and offer insurance solutions to their clients for property, marine, professional / product / D&O liability, cyber, credit insurances, and personal lines.

High quality, own wording insurance contracts is a speciality of True Partners: their wordings are agreed with an array of different insurers.

Through continuous growth True Partners today has a customer base of approximately 150 companies. Of these around 20% have subsidiaries outside of Switzerland. True Partners currently employs 17 highly qualified staff.
