Kaman AS was founded in 2019 by Lars Ljones as a boutique insurance broker. Their clients are both SME and large corporate clients with complex insurance needs.

Kaman's focus is to be close to their clients, providing risk advice to first identify potential risks, and then developing solutions and methods for risk transfer. They differentiate themselves from other brokers by providing advice not only to employers, but also to employees. Managing claims and other day to day operations for pensions are additional strengths.
