The IIC assessment is an independent, evidence-based process that measures how well we serve our 80 Partners.
It evaluates customer experience across critical service dimensions, including trust, communication, customer understanding, ease of contact, and commitment to delivering value.

Building on our already strong results from 2024, this year’s score shows an additional improvement reflecting the adoption of Bundeling, UNIBA’s integrated communication platform and putting UNIBA’s NPS at the very top end of surveyed financial services networks.
