Building on our already strong results from 2024, this year’s score shows an additional improvement reflecting the adoption of Bundeling, UNIBA’s integrated communication platform and putting UNIBA’s NPS at the very top end of surveyed financial services networks.
The rating confirms that UNIBA continues to push for consistently high standards of service in accordance with the needs of our Partners. Achieving Gold Status is not a badge — it’s above all a commitment to continue putting our Partners at the heart of everything we do.
