UNIBA Partners began in 1987 with a group of independent brokers  who shared the same frustration:

In the late 1980s, the world was becoming more global but also more consolidated. Local ownership was disappearing. The independence that allowed brokers to truly know their clients was under threat.

Rather than accept that future, a handful of brokers built something new, something that would let them stay true to their identity while still meeting the demands of international clients.

Over the decades, we’ve grown into a network that spans 130+ countries. But growth has never been the point. Alignment, trust and values have.

That belief has carried us from a small founding group to one of the most established independent broker networks in the world, still Partner-led, still values-driven, and still committed to the idea that independence and global reach can coexist.

Every firm that joins does so because they recognise something familiar here: the mindset of other owners who make decisions close to the client, who value long-term relationships, and who believe expertise must be earned, not claimed.
