Our International Desk Managers (IDM) sit at the core of UNIBA. They are the colleagues closest to the day-to-day flow of international business: sending and receiving opportunities, maintaining strong relationships between Partners, and ensuring clients benefit from our global collaboration.

In that same light, our IDM Conferences, focus on just that: building relationships, sharing best practices for smoother, faster collaboration and practical education and training to sharpen skills.

This year’s IDM Conference will take place from 20–22 May 2026 in Zagreb. Staying true to its practical and relationship-driven focus, the 2026 edition will bring International Desk Managers together for hands-on exchange, peer learning, and focused discussion around improving cross-border collaboration.
