Rameeta was appointed as Board Director – Business Development in October 2025. She brings to the table close to 40 years of Insurance business development experience with three things backing her – knowledge, experience and networking.
Rameeta Sethi is the Founder & Managing Director of Indemnity Insurance Brokers LLC. With over 25 years of senior management expertise with leading global brokerages she started an independent broking firm in 2017.
Rameeta is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Her extensive areas of expertise span financial analysis, business planning, market analysis, distribution, operational excellence, and client advocacy. Anchored by a deep knowledge of Middle East regulatory frameworks and exceptional industry relationships, her professional contributions were spotlighted when she was named the Overseas Chartered Professional of The Year in 2011 by the Chartered Insurance Institute and Insurance Times.
Away from her corporate duties, Rameeta is deeply passionate about health, movement, and wellness. She is a dedicated Pilates enthusiast and channels this energy into running her own boutique Pilates studio in Dubai.
