We are a fourth generation, independent business owned by current working family members and our staff. We were founded in 1919 by the Great Grandfather of the current Chairman & Group Director and Head Office has been in Bradford, West Yorkshire ever since. We now have 14 offices the length & breadth of the UK with over 230 professional team members.

As well as General Commercial & Corporate business we also have specialist teams for IFS (Pensions, investments, employee benefits), Trade Credit & Private, High Net Worth Individuals. Our clients are typically owner managed, or family owned SMEs of all sizes.

On a personal note…

Great Grandson of our founder who is a Group Director is also a member of a band called ‘Reef Hound’ who play at company functions.

Our Exec Chair (Great Granddaughter of our founder) likes to make & drink cocktails with her friends!
