Perennial SA was founded by Sacha Baumli in 2005 and is located in French-speaking Switzerland. In 2024, Perennial was acquired by the Howden group. In March 2026, the name changed into Howden Romandie SA.

Howden Romandie SA and 20 employees are registered FINMA, the Swiss supervisory authority, as insurance broker under the following reference F01265099 for the following line of business

• Accident and health insurance,
• P&C (non-life insurance),

Our typical clients are SME’s, but we also enjoy the trust of international and large domestic corporates as well as public entities.
