UNIBA Partners Worldwide Conference ‘The Changing Face of Risk’: Early-bird registration ends on August 11th!

The moment you’ve all be waiting for: UNIBA Partners' highly anticipated Worldwide Conference is here! With a new exciting theme, ‘The Changing Face of Risk’, the conference is set to take place in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, from 25th to 28th October 2023. As a Partner of UNIBA this conference is your gateway to staying at the forefront of the insurance industry while fostering your deep-rooted UNIBA relationships alike. Early bird registration ends on August 11^th, so hurry up and register!

The UNIBA Partners' Worldwide Conference is a unique gathering of our Partners from across the globe. Noted in everyone’s agenda’s well in advance, it provides an invaluable platform to connect, collaborate, and learn from industry leaders, innovators, and experts. Bangkok, known for its rich cultural heritage and thriving business environment, serves as the ideal backdrop to foster meaningful conversations and spark fruitful partnerships.

Early birds can register for €900 per participant (or spouse/guest) until August 11th.

Regular registration fees are €950 per participant (or spouse/guest). The deadline for regular registration is 22nd September.

The site will serve as your guide, personal agenda and helpdesk for all things related to the Conference. Here you will find our agenda, speakers, info on the hotel & venue and resources from our sponsors (do check them out!). Later on, you will be able to build your own personal agenda, as well as use the community features to upload photos and videos via the app (more on the app later).

Conference Hotel

We are holding a block of rooms with a special group rate at The Athenee Hotel.

To book your accommodation at the hotel please:

• register indicating that you will be staying at The Athenee
• on the Registration Confirmation page, click through to the hotel's dedicated booking page for UNIBA Partners
• complete the booking by entering your arrival/departure dates, preferred room type etc.

Visas:

If you need a visa for Thailand, please register as soon as possible. We can provide you with a visa invitation letter if required.

Cancellations:

You may cancel without fees as follows:

• Room reservations at The Athenee Hotel - 30th August at 11:59 PM Bangkok time. Cancellations after this date & no-shows will be charged 100% of your rate
• Wednesday & Saturday excursions/lunch and Saturday dinner - close of 29th September Cancellations after this date & no-shows will be charged for the full cost
