Pitch your Insurtech innovation – UNIBA Partners ePitching competition

The risk management and insurance industry is undergoing profound transformative change. UNIBA Partners, a global network of insurance brokers, believes that startups can play a vital role in accelerating this change. To highlight this seminal role, we are organizing two online pitching session for Insurtech and Fintech-related startups on 8 May & 27 May. The final phase of this competition will take place in person in Dublin, Ireland in October.

This competition is a platform for emerging talents to showcase their solutions. Proposed solutions may either constructively disrupt or surprisingly enhance existing work processes in the risk brokerage and insurance industries.  UNIBA Partners is seeking to highlight promising startups and to facilitate collaborative partnerships that will drive efficient, innovative work processes and new customer-centric solutions.

We are extending this invitation to pitch regardless of geography and invite you to seize this unique opportunity to gain exposure by presenting your transformative idea. Selected startups will have the opportunity to pitch fo 5 minutes, followed by 3 minutes Q/A.

What’s in it for you?

• Exposure: pitch your solution in front of a global network of insurance brokers (+75 companies active in +130 countries);
• Opportunity: if relevant, pilot your solution to one or more of our Partners.
• Win: winners will be invited to pitch in person to senior decision makers at our Worldwide Conference in Dublin, Ireland, 16-19 October 2024 (conditions apply). More on our Worldwide Conferences here.

When?

• 8 May 2024, 07.30 a.m. CET: pitch to participants from Asia Pacific
• 27 May 2024, 2.00 p.m. CET: pitch to participants from Africa, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America
• 16-19 October 2024: in-person finals

Selected candidates will be informed by early April.

Where?

Online. Selected start-ups will receive a Teams link to join the session. Finals will be held in person in Dublin, Ireland

Who can apply?

Applications are open to all startups/scaleups working on insurtech/fintech related innovations, regardless of location.
