Lazam MDS

Lazam-MDS and Integridade merged in 2004 to create Brazil's 4th largest broking firm.

Integridade Corretagens de Seguros Ltda. was founded in 1960 by Aaron Goldenberg. His son Jacques joined the firm in 1961.

Lazam-MDS, also a Brazilian company, was founded in 1976. Like Integridade's founding team, Lazam-MDS focuses on client satisfaction and giving personal attention.

Lazam-MDS, Integridade works with commercial clients all over Brazil and also consults for its clients’ operations in other South American countries. At the end of the ’60s, Integridade was chosen by Mercedes Benz in Brazil to handle its insurance program. After 20 years of service, the firm helped Mercedes to create a captive company. Suzano Group (paper and pulp industry) and Itaipu (Latin America's largest hydro electrical generation plant) also have their insurance programs handled by Lazam-MDS, Integridade. Other clients range from heavy industry to retail, including mining companies, shopping centers, food businesses, electrical generating plants, and pulp and petrochemical plants. The company is specialized in property, casualty, employee benefits, surety, and marine coverages. It also offers auto, home, life and health insurance for individuals. It is experienced in designing and servicing international insurance programs.

Jacques Goldenberg holds a business degree from the Catholic University in São Paulo. His personal expertise lies in property, casualty and group life insurance. He is also experienced with surety bonds and claims procedures. His hobbies include music, philosophy, and traveling.
