Brokers Union Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1998 and since the very beginning has been providing high quality insurance services in the Polish and international market. From the start, it was clear for Brokers Union's owner, Filip Rybacki, that he wanted to create a resilient and forwards-looking company with real customer focus.

Brokers Union focuses on providing brokerage services for corporate clients only. This includes affinity programs for personal lines products, typically for company staff or institutional customers.

In 2011, Brokers Union became part of the Impel Group, Poland's largest business services group, including outsourcing services such as accounting, HR services, IT services, airport services etc.

Brokers Union has since developed a range of complementary services in the insurance / risk management area and provides, among other schemes, life insurance for 40,000 Impel Group employees.

Brokers Union represents the insurance interests of their clients on a daily basis: participating in the management and administration of insurance contracts. They analyze real insurance needs, design insurance programs, and negotiate coverage terms with insurance carriers. Advising clients with regards to insurance schemes, ensuring that any company changes are reflected in the insurance program, and assisting with claims issues is all part of their daily work. A strong identification with their clients’ goals and successes allows them to add value to their risk management efforts.

Brokers Union’s Managing Director is Filip Rybacki who is also the founder of the company. He runs marathons, is keen on parachuting, travelling and climbing high mountains.
