Brokers Union Sp. z o.o. was founded by the people that gained their expertise and experience in the brand new Polish insurance market in the early 90s.
Since the very beginning, it was clear to Brokers Union's owners that they wanted to create a resilient and forwards-looking company with real customer focus.
Brokers Union today has successfully undertaken two mergers and is a major player in Dolnoslaskie Province – one of the fastest growing parts of the Polish economy.
Brokers Union is focused on providing brokerage services for corporate clients. This includes affinity programs for personal lines products, typically for company staff or institutional customers.
A full service broker, Brokers Union analyses real insurance needs, designs insurance programs, and negotiates coverage terms with insurance carriers. Advising clients on proper insurance schemes, ensuring that any company changes are reflected in the insurance program, and assisting with claims issues is all part of their daily work.
Brokers Union's management board consists of three people:
- Filip Rybacki: Management Board President - runs marathons, is keen on parachuting, travelling and climbing high mountains
- Krzysztof Rak: Management Board Vice President - is interested in law, enjoys listening to music, loves cooking and testing new dishes
- Arkadiusz Czuba: Management Board Vice President - plays tennis at least three times a week, studies German, likes spending free time with his wife and their two children
