Marine and port-related business is a highly developed specialty of ATS. Most of this business like general cargo, commodities transport, full outturn guarantee, container hull & contingency, charterers’ liability, and hull is initiated abroad, especially in other parts of Europe and Asia and Australia..

ATS also provides expertise in worldwide aviation insurances. They insure medium-sized aircraft, helicopter fleets, as well as many single- and twin-jet planes.

In Germany, ATS is one of a few independent insurance brokers with a dedicated international desk. As a result, international clients can address all of their issues with one qualified contact. The international desk is also the port of call for Brokers or Agents in need of information relating to Germany.

ATS was originally based only in Hamburg before opening an office in Munich in January 2005 and the Stuttgart office in May 2007.
