Hollenstein & Partner Becomes ARISCO

Switzerland: Hollenstein & Partners together with three Ruckli & Zimmermann companies have now formally joined forces under the umbrella of the ARISCO Holding AG. The four companies that came together to form the new grouping have all been working together for years already and were already linked through cross shareholdings.
The group's business units are located in Zug, Lucerne, Rapperswil, Zurich and Herisau. Group subsidiaries will be focusing on on distinct activities: non-life, pensions schemes, and services. Erwin Steiger, Group CEO, will also be directly responsible for the Group's non-life broking activities and its risk management services.
