Elaine Redington Wins 2009 Alan Sutton Award

‘Absolutely reliable and very responsive’, ‘Impressive service’, ‘A key contributor to quality of service issues’, ‘Organized, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fast turnaround’ … these were only some of the comments leading to the designation of the winner of UNiBA Partners’ 2009 Alan Sutton Award.
This year’s edition of the award goes to Elaine Redington.

Elaine is International Desk Manager with Sutton Winson in the UK. She is an active contributor to UNiBA Partners Quality Committee and is also very involved in the development of our new global reporting system.

The Alan Sutton Award recognizes outstanding service provided by an individual staff member of a UNiBA Partner. Its purpose is to honor those who help us deliver excellent quality. The award is named after much missed former UNiBA Partners board director Alan Sutton.

Also shortlisted for the 2009 award were Louis-René Cellier (Groupe France Courtage, France), Ralf Hösch (RVM, Austria), Paul Lam (CIB, China).

The 2008 Alan Sutton Award went to Zsolt Rózsahegyi of Potter Insurance Brokers in Hungary.
