Matthias Meinke - Finance & Legal

October 2005. His primary responsibilities on the board relate to the wide field of finance and legal. He is involved in UNiBA PARTNERS planning and budgeting process and advises on administrative and fiscal issues in Germany, where UNiBA Partners is registered.

Matthias is one of four Managing Partners in ATS Group, the northernmost of the German UNiBA Partners. He began his insurance career in 1991 with the Hamburg branch of Jauch & Hübener KGaA (now Aon Jauch & Hübener GmbH), then one of the largest and most reputed German brokers. Rising up through the ranks, Matthias worked with industrial clients and took on his first management responsibilities. Leaving Aon J&H as deputy head of sales in the industrial clients segment at the end of 2003, he joined ATS in January 2004.

A true Hamburg enthusiast, Matthias is a former board member of the Hamburg circle of JCI Junior Chamber International. Today he remains involved in the prestigious Hamburg Chamber of Commerce’s self-administration of the hanseatic economy.

Matthias is married and lives just outside of Hamburg with his wife and young daughter.
